How We Can Help You

We provide the first genuinely “whole person” health service available to the general public that we know of, covering the entire spectrum of medical, psychological, natural and spiritual treatments. All you need do is look through the individual practitioner pages and contact the person you feel would be of most benefit to you. You will be guided from there to get the help you need. Most therapy is one-to-one but we always work as a team, and sometimes you may see one person and then be referred to another practitioner within the Association.

On a medical level we can provide diagnosis, advice and prescription medicines. The fees have been reduced to make them affordable. Then there is a whole range of extremely beneficial physical and holistic complementary therapies, including homeopathy, nutrition, health coaching, sports massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, crystal healing, Bowen, and reiki.

Almost anything of a psychological nature can be treated with a combination of counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and NLP. We are specialists in anxiety disorders, obsessive and emotional problems, weight control, and goal directed life coaching. The following is a list of the most common psychological conditions people seek our help with:

  • Stress and Insomnia
  • Anxiety disorders (all types)
  • Depression
  • Emotional problems
  • Relationship Problems
  • Confidence/self Worth
  • Obsessive disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • Weight control
  • Quitting smoking

In fact, hypnotherapy has the best track record for helping people to stop smoking: "Research comparing many different studies of hypnotherapy has shown that on average smokers are over five times more likely to break the habit with hypnosis than by willpower alone. Hypnotherapy in general is also proven to be more than twice as effective compared with nicotine gum." 1

We also have an experienced consultant on hand to treat problems of a more spiritual kind, best treated with spiritual or Christian counselling, prayer and deliverance therapy.

Essentially we combine our expertise in the whole range of evidence based complementary therapies, in addition to affordable medical help when needed, to help you get well and stay well. It is our aim that you receive exactly the help you need in order to fulfil your potential and lead a happier life. If you live with anxiety, emotional, spiritual or chronic physical illness, or you need to achieve a worthwhile goal, then we can help. Many minor problems can even be treated very quickly – within 2-3 appointments.
